Setup a news section

1. First you need insert a new button for "news" in your navigation and you have to setup the startpage including the news page navigation, teasers, archive, and keyword search.

Go to the left action navigation and click on "edit navigation".

2. Now a blue dot with a white arrow appears in front of the navigation bar.

3. Please click on the blue dot.

4. Now you get a list with all your links in your navigation.

5. Add a new button: Click on "new button". An editor for the new button will apear.

You have to name the new button and link it to the news start page. Discription: name of the button; link to page: click "select page". A new window with the pagelist will apear.

Click on "create a page" and go to the list of templates.

Click on "/template/article_start_page". Give the new page a name or leave the name as it is. The new page will be added to the pagelist. Now you can select the new page and this page will be automatically inserted into your navigation.

6. Now click on "submit" and you will come back to your startpage with the new button in the navigation

7. To finalise the changes go to the left action navigation and click on "finalise" and than on "publish"

8. Now click on the new button of your web site to get to the news start page.

The news start page uses a new main_container. This main_container contains the page navigation and keyword search, teaser for latest blog postings, and archive for all of your postings.

You also should change the navigation of the blog main_container. Therefore please go to "edit navigation" and add the same button as you have done it for the first page.
